Enrollment Data based on CMS 2026 Marketplace Open Enrollment Period State-Level Public Use Files. Data include total count of plan selections (net of cancellations or terminations) as reported by 18 State-based Marketplaces for individuals whose 2026 coverage started on or before March 1, 2026. (CA, CO, CT, DC, ID, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, NM, NV, NY, PA, RI, VT, and WA). Otherwise, enrollment figures are based on plan selections reported in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ 2026 Marketplace Open Enrollment Period, State-Level Public Use Files. These data reflect plan selections as of the end of each states’ Open Enrollment Period. Map data last updated March 31, 2026.
